The hotel was really clean and comfortable when we checked in, which was much appreciated in the Texas summer heat. The room was incredibly cozy and spotless, just what we needed after spending three days in the desert. The service was top-notch, with all the staff being not only friendly but also very helpful. The location offered a nice walkway along the perimeter for a pleasant morning or evening stroll. However, the dining options were quite limited, especially for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent cleanliness and comfort, but could use some improvement in the dining department.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were ready earlier than expected, which was fantastic after a long drive to Alpine, but they were a bit noisy in the morning due to their location above the registration desk. The mini fridge with a freezer was a great addition, however, the lack of functional furniture like a proper desk was disappointing.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were ready earlier than expected and had a generously sized mini fridge with a freezer compartment, which was important to me. However, the noise from the registration desk in the morning was a bit of a downside. The lack of functional furniture like a proper desk made it challenging to work or charge electronic devices.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch - very polite, helpful, and professional. They even provided a nice hot breakfast to start the day off right and helped us with recommendations for our vacation. The staff kept everything well-stocked and were excellent in suggesting local events.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location on the outskirts of Alpine was great and beautiful, but it's not known for luxury hotels. It was a convenient spot for exploring Big Bend National Park and the town of Alpine, TX. I looked forward to the weekend breakfast, but unfortunately, couldn't enjoy it from the sitting area.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was merely okay and far from outstanding. The food was average and nothing memorable, so don't expect anything over the top. Make sure not to be late for meals as the options can run out quickly, which was disappointing given the attention to detail elsewhere in the hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel lacked some essential furniture in the rooms, like a functional desk, and there weren't enough outlets for charging devices. The dining options were mediocre, and the hotel could use some improvements on this front.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed with the beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious rooms that had all the amenities we needed. However, it was quite hot as expected in Texas during the summer. The wildflower hand lotion, shampoo, and soap were a nice touch.

Service

The staff was brilliant and really helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kimberly and Karen. However, they came across as friendly but sometimes made things seem like an extra hassle for them.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Alpine, which was very helpful for our vacation. The beautiful boutique decor added to its charm despite being on the west side of town.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was very good with a wide selection of items to choose from. Although it left something to be desired due to the lack of low-glycemic carb options and fresh fruit.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were excellent, with options like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink available.
